123 HP Envy 7830 Setup

  •  Peel the plastic wrapper wrapped around the 123.hp.com/envy7830 printer packaging box with a sharp tool like a knife or cutter.
  • Open the box, and you will find these contents:
  • reference guide/ setup instructions manual
  • Sample Photo Paper
  • HP Ink Cartridge information
  • HP Instant Ink information.
  • Power cord
  • Phone cable
  • Tri-color and black setup ink cartridges
  • Take out the 123.hp.com/setup 7830 printer from the box.
  • Remove the tapes and packing materials from the printer. .
  • After unwrapping the printer, set aside all the components.
  • There is a latch or small handler to open the cartridge access door. You need to peel off and remove the cap.
  • Open up the input tray and remove the tapes from it.
  • After removing tapes from the input tray, put some paper in the input tray.
  • Be sure to use the width adjuster to hold the paper in place.
  • Connect the power cord to the wall socket and plug the other end into the printer.
  • Locate the Power button and press it to turn on the printer.
  • The wireless LED on the printer’s operation panel will be blinking depicting that it is not connected to any network.
  • At first power on, set up the preferred language and select your region on the operation panel.
  • Perform a manual installation and press Continue to set up the 123.hp.com/setup 7830 printer.
  • You can tap to play video on the control panel for instruction on inserting cartridges.
  • Open the cover to insert the cartridges, insert the black cartridge in the right and color in the left-hand side slots, and close the cover.
  • After installing the cartridges, a message will pop up on the 123.hp.com/envy7830 printer control panel stating “Instant Ink Ready”. Press “OK” to continue and calibrate the cartridges.
  • Printer model supports dual-band wireless network 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.
  • To set up the network, click on “More Info”, go to “Advanced Setup”, and then select “Wireless” option.
  • Select your home network input password, and then confirm it by pressing “OK.”
  • The IP address will be shown on the control panel, press “OK”. Wireless LED will be stable as the printer is now connected.
  • Setup Web Services by clicking continue. Proceed with the instructions on the screen to complete the HP Envy 7830 setup process.
