123 HP Officejet Pro 9015 Setup

 Follow these simple guidelines to unbox your 123.hp.com/ojpro9015 printer and perform first time setup.

  1. Open the 123.hp.com/setup 9015 printer box and set it on its side.
  2. Grasp the plastic bag containing the printer and pull it out of the cardboard box.
  3. Remove the protective styrofoam pieces and set the HP device on the table.
  4. Take the miscellaneous HP accessories such as ink cartridges, power cable, and instruction guides out.
  5. Peel off the blue tapes which keep the HP device’s lid closed.
  6. Open the scanner lid of the printer, remove the protective sheet, and close it.
  7. Pull out the input tray assembly until it moves no further.
  8. Attach the HP power cable to the device’s rear power port and a power outlet nearby.
  9. Wait until the HP device powers on and the LCD lights up.
  10. Select your preferences by using the appropriate on-screen buttons.
  11. When the Install Cartridges prompt appears on the screen, open the HP Officejet Pro 9015 setup device’s cartridge access door.
  12. Unpack the HP cartridges. Install the cartridges by pushing them till they lock into place.
  13. Close the HP device’s cartridge door and look at the LCD.
  14. The Cartridge Ready message appears on the screen.
  15. Pull out the HP paper tray, set the width guides apart, place the paper stack, and set the width guides on the edges of the paper to hold the stack in place.
  16. Push the input tray back into the 123.hp.com/ojpro9015 printer and pull out the output tray. Tap OK on the LCD.
  17. Download the HP Smart app on your Android phone. Open the application, accept the terms, and then press the + button on the app’s screen.
  18. Tap on the set up a new 123.hp.com/setup 9015 printer button. Tap the Allow button to allow the HP device to find your HP device.
  19. Key in your Wi-Fi password and tap Continue. Create an HP Smart account when the prompt appears on your phone browser’s screen.
  20. The Setup Complete screen appears. The HP Officejet Pro 9015 setup is now complete.
