Fixed: HP Deskjet 2652 Not Printing

  •  If your 123.hp.com/dj2652 printer fails to print, follow any one of the methods mentioned below to resolve the issue.

Method 1

Check the printer status first by checking the paper on the paper input tray or the ink levels in the cartridges; also, check whether the printer is online.


Method 2

If your printer is connected to the Windows computer, open the Control Panel and select the Devices and Printers tab.

Give a right-click on your printer icon and select See what's printing.

Click the Printer menu that is available on the top-right corner and select the Open as Administrator option from the drop-down list.

Once again, click the Printer menu and select Cancel All Documents to remove all the print jobs in the queue.

Confirm your action by selecting the Yes button if prompted.


Method 3

On the Windows desktop, open the Control Panel and choose Devices and Printers.

Give a right-click on the HP printer icon and select the "Set as default printer" option.

The green tick mark below the printer icon indicates that the printer acts as the default one for Windows.
