HP Deskjet 2652 Will Not Connect To Wifi

 Step-1 Restart

First, try to power cycle your computer, wireless router, and the HP Deskjet 2652 printer as per the instructions given below.

  1. Turn off the HP Deskjet 2652 printer.
  2. After 10 seconds, detach the machine’s power cord from the machine and an electrical socket.
  3. Also, you have to turn off your computer or device you used to perform the printer functions.
  4. Attach the power cord to the HP Deskjet 2652 printer and the electrical socket.
  5. Make sure to turn on the computer or device.
  6. Hold the Power button on the control panel of the HP Deskjet 2652 printer.
  7. Disconnect the wireless router’s power cable from the wireless router and the wall outlet.
  8. After 10 seconds of an interval, reattach the power cable between the wireless router and the wall outlet.
  9. Now, you can connect the HP Deskjet 2652 printer to the wireless network.


Step 2 - Network connection

Use any one of the procedures provided below to establish a wireless network connection to the HP Deskjet 2652 printer.

  1. Use a USB cable to establish a hardware connection between the HP Deskjet 2652 printer and your computer. Later, change it to wireless.
  2. Download the HP printer software from the official HP website and install it on the computer by following the on-screen prompts.
  3. Once done, launch the HP Printer Assistant software and go to the Utilities tab.
  4. elect the Printer Setup & Software option followed by the Reconfigure Wireless Settings option.
  5. Continue with the on-screen guidelines to modify the wireless settings.
  6. If prompted, plug the USB cable to the HP Deskjet 2652 printer and the computer and then enter the WEP or WPA key (network security key).
  7. This network information is found at the rear side of the wireless router’s sticker.
  8. Check if the Wireless LED remains lit and then turns blue. Now, the HP deskjet 2652 will not connect to Wifi issue was fixed successfully.
