HP Envy Photo 7855 Printing Restarts after a Paper Jam

  1. Update the firmware of the printer.
  2. The printer firmware can be updated either from the manufacturer site or the control panel of the HP Envy Photo 7855 Setup printer.
  3. Follow the forthcoming guidelines to update the printer firmware on the control panel of the printer.
  4. Touch the HP ePrint icon. Tap Settings --> Product Update or Check Product Updates.
  5. Go through the guidelines on the screen and update the firmware of your printer.
  6. If the issue persists, reset the printer and check if the problem is solved.

Solve HP Envy Photo 7855 Print Problem

  1. Power on the Envy 7855 printer if it is turned off.
  2. Disconnect the power cable of the printer when it turns on.
  3. Wait for a few minutes and connect the cable into the related ports of the printer and electrical outlet.
  4. Do not plug the cable into a surge protector for power supply as it produces power fluctuations.
  5. Now the printer turns on automatically.
  6. If the HP Envy 7855 Setup printer does not switch on, power it up by force pressing its power button.

  How to Setup HP Envy Photo 7855 Printer? After purchasing the printer from the manufacturer, check if it is sealed properly. Unseal the printer box and ensure the printer components are enclosed. Remove the protective tapes and packing materials from the printer. Load a bunch of paper into the input tray. Lift the access door at the top of the Envy printer.
