 How to Install HP Envy 5000 Printer?

  1. After getting the HP Envy 5000 series printer from the manufacturer, you have to set it up.
  2. Check if the printer box is sealed properly.
  3. Open the box and ensure that the printer components are provided in it.
  4. Take the HP Envy 5000 Setup printer series printer from the box and keep on a flat surface.
  5. Remove the packing tape on the printer.
  6. Also, take the protecting materials from the printer.
  7. Unpack the power cable provided in the printer package.
  8. Connect an end of the cable to the printer and the other end to an electrical outlet.
  9. Power up the printer. Set your preferences on the control panel.
  10. Open the cartridge access door.
  11. Unpack the new ink cartridge provided in the printer box.
  12. Insert the cartridge into the respective slots. Close the access door.
  13. Load suitable sheets in the paper tray of the printer.
  14. Print an alignment sheet and arrange the cartridges.
  15. Download and install the printer driver on your computer or laptop.
  16. Thus the first time HP Envy 5000 series printers setup is done successfully.
