HOW TO CONNECT HP ENVY 5055 TO WIRELESS

  1. 1. Disconnect the printer from the computer if you have already established a connection between them.
  2. 2. Ensure that the computer is connected to the same network to which you want to connect the Envy 5055 printer.
  3. 3. Turn on the Envy 5055 printer and wait until it is idle.
  4. 4. Tap Wireless on the control panel.
  5. 5. Open the Settings menu and then touch Wireless Setup Wizard. The 123.hp.com/envy5055 printer will now search for the available local networks.
  6. 6. Tap on your network name and then confirm it by tapping OK.
  7. 7. Keep following the prompts of the wizard until the setup is complete.
  8. 8. Enter the WPA/WEP passphrase if prompted.
  9. 9. Now install the printer driver on your computer.
  10. 10. Select the Wireless connection type when prompted, and carry out the instructions displayed on the installer screen to complete the setup.
